Dilara was particularly helpful in arranging a late checkout for me, as my flight was late at night, which made my departure much more convenient. The room cleaning service was also commendable. My room was kept in excellent condition throughout my stay, with daily tidying and restocking of essentials, ensuring a comfortable environment. The hotel is well-located in Maslak, providing easy access to various attractions and business areas. The amenities, including the fitness center and dining options, added to the overall positive experience. In summary, my stay at Somerset Istanbul Maslak was enjoyable, and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable place to stay in Istanbul!

I find Somerset Maslak Istanbul Hotel very good. This hotel has comfortable aparts rooms including extra kitchen and wash machines. The rooms are really same as shown in their pictures. You feel like at home in this hotel. We were really happy during our stay. I can recommend highly this hotel to everyone. The hotel team are also very polite and very helpful all the time whenever we need something. Especially our big thanks goes to their reception worker Mr. Emrah :) he was really helpful for our questions. Thanks a lot for it! Also near this hotel, there are good cafes and good restaurants which are very close to this hotel. In summary, we find this hotel very good and can suggest to everyone.

Perfect for families but it might not suite people whom visit Istanbul for first time and want to be near of tourist attractions . For me it not make in issue since I’m frequent travel to Istanbul .
